Sandy’s Feel Good Music Playlist

If there’s one thing I know for sure, it is the healing power of music. It can change your mood, your energy, bring back memories of good times, and make you want to dance and sing. I can’t sing worth a damn, but I sing out loud in the car with great enthusiasm simply because it makes me happy. I can hardly wait to get out with the Dexcom gang for some good old-fashioned karaoke – a sure bet for a million laughs and hilarious new memories!

During some of my “downtime” during recovery from surgeries, I put together a playlist of favourites that always make me smile, and I keep adding to this “2022 Better Than Ever Megamix”!
