• Currently employed as the Marketing Manager for Animas Canada, a Johnson & Johnson company that makes insulin pumps for people with diabetes. While I hadn’t planned on “going corporate”, this job and this team have been a dream come true! Diabetes is an arena I know and that I care deeply about.
• 12 years' business experience in numerous entrepreneurial ventures. I've been there. I know what it's like to roll up the sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• 2 years as a business analyst in investment banking. Business plans had to get past me before they would go anywhere!
• Extensive track record of speaking in a professional and inspirational capacity. I know what works, what's compelling, and how to deliver the key message with impact.

• Long history of volunteering for a variety of organizations, but am currently involved as a spokesperson for the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
