Looking Ahead                                                                         December 2010

When I look back over 2010, I would call it a year of "tough lessons" and I'm so glad it's over! From issues with my hormones to a complete and total financial re-invention resulting in the creation of a Debt Management Program, and a major injury that took me off my feet, it's been a challenge to hold it all together. But I have done my best to look for the lessons, and to try and remain positive in the face of unwanted change. And somehow, having come through some issues I've been denying and hoping would go away on their own, I now feel a sense of "attack" and empowerment unlike anything I can remember in my adult life.

It's amazing to me how the pace of change just continues to accelerate, and how as I get older, the more equipped I feel with the wisdom and peace to work through and make sense of whatever shows up. And to not make a big deal out of things that don't matter.

I am looking forward to the new adventures and experiences that 2011 has in store, and my intention is to embrace all that shows up with a smile, a playful spirit, and a heart full of love.
